Atlantic Strategic Minerals Receives Majority Equity Investment and Acquires U.S. Construction-Ready Mineral Sands Assets

Pursuant to the Appian Capital Advisory press release (“Appian announces acquisition of construction-ready U.S. mineral sands assets”), Roc Global announces it has advised Atlantic Strategic Minerals (“ASM”) on a majority equity investment from Appian Capital Advisory LLP and acquisition of U.S. construction-ready mineral sands assets from Iluka Resources (ASX: ILU). ASM acquired the Stony Creek Mineral Separation Plant, Concord Concentrator Plant, and mineral resources in Virginia and North Carolina from Iluka to complement its Millrun mineral resource. ASM’s primary focus is to restart the mine and mineral processing facilities in Virginia.
