Roc Global Expands Clean Energy Platform with Senior Hire
New York, August 7, 2024 – Roc Global, LLC (member FINRA) today announced the appointment of Craig Webster as Managing Director of the Clean Energy practice.
Craig brings more than 20 years of investment banking and capital markets experience servicing clients in the legacy Energy & Power, Energy Transition Technology, and Sustainability sectors. At Roc Global, he will partner with Peter Robert and Sunil Moser to expand the Clean Energy platform and focus on corporate clients, project developers and financial sponsors in North America. Craig will be based in Roc Global’s New York headquarters.

Craig’s Clean Energy investment banking experience includes advising energy companies and private equity sponsors on capital markets issues pertaining to sustainability and advancing relationships with early and growth stage companies seeking to develop and deploy energy transition technologies. Before joining Roc Global, Craig launched and led the sustainability advisory practice at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., a Houston-based Energy advisory firm, and previously he was a Managing Director at CIBC, where he led the cash equities distribution efforts in the US region.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Canada as well as a CPA (Canada) and CFA professional designations.
