Sierra Atacama Mining Company Secures US$25m Prepayment Facility to Restart Sierra Atacama Copper Mine

Roc Global is pleased to announce that it has advised the Sierra Atacama Mining Company ("Sierra Atacama") on establishing a US$25 million-dollar prepayment facility and offtake agreement for the delivery of 70,000 tonnes of copper cathodes. The use of proceeds is to fund the restart of its mine and processing plant located in the Antofagasta region of Chile. Sierra Atacama is now fully funded and on schedule to commence production in the 2nd quarter of 2022.


Roc Global acted as the exclusive debt advisor for Sierra Atacama.
